These dedicated volunteers shine joy, hope, and encouragement into the lives of children facing adversity by organizing joyful, non-fundraising events that celebrate courage, kindness, and connection.
Each Ambassador plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission — spotlighting children in need and the organizations that support them — while inspiring others through love in action.

Coach MJ Tolan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Time4Sharing Mission: I’M Possible Corp, a global children’s charity that has transformed the lives of over 17,500 children in need across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the USA.
For more than 25 years, he has led the inspirational “Mission: I’M Possible” events for underserved kids, bringing joy, courage, and leadership lessons to children facing adversity.
A two-time cancer survivor, Coach MJ’s mission has now included working with children fighting cancer. He actively supports two pediatric centers in the Philippines, serving as a “Big Brother” to children undergoing treatment.Â
Today, Time4Sharing.org is a registered nonprofit in the U.S., with new chapters emerging in India, Ghana, Mexico, Colombia, Poland, and the Netherlands, continuing its mission to uplift young lives worldwide.
In addition to his humanitarian work, Coach MJ draws from over two decades of global leadership experience as a CEO, having led a team of 800 employees across 16 offices for 15 years before divesting. He is a TEDx Speaker, Bestselling Author, and transformational trainer.Â
